So, today I talked to my dad and he said Dj will be moving to a rehab facility tomorrow. This is the best news I have heard all week. I think DJ will do better ther than at my mom & dad's house. It is nice for me because he will be in town(Panama City) so I can stop by everyday either during lunch or on my way home. Of course, it will be further away from the other family, but not as far as the hospital.
I believe dad will be going back to work sometime within the next week to Australia. I think mom would have gotten worn out trying to care for DJ alone... the last thing i need is for mom to injure her back while caring for my brother. That would not be good.
Anyway, I talked to DJ this evening and he said he is feeling better, he mentioned to me that after he gets to the rehab place, he will have therapy 6 days out of the week and 3 or more hours each day. This will defiantly get him walking in no time and back to his normal self. And I know he can't wait to be "normal" again.
Well, I should be putting more updates on tomorrow and through out the next week. Hopefully the updates will be full of positive news.
